On February 25, we had a group of over 100 students, family members, staff, and volunteers represented in Oakland’s Black Joy Parade. The parade exemplified our strengths this year- with 54 students from Pathways and five school programs. Students walked on stilts, danced, and juggle through the streets of Oakland. Cheers of pride, “Hey Prescott Circus!” and “That’s my school!” came from the crowds lined up along the sidewalks – affirming PCT’s cultural value and presence in our communities.
Congrats to our students and thanks for all of our families, staff, volunteers, and fans for a great day!
