Registration Fee
We now ask families to pay a one-time $25 registration fee. If this is a barrier for you, please contact us at info@prescottcircus.org or call 510-350-7207.

 

Who

  • Priority is given to current and former Prescott Circus Theatre students in grades 3+ and OUSD students who qualify for free / reduced lunch program
  • All OUSD students in grades 4+
  • Priority is given to current and former Prescott Circus Theatre students and OUSD students who qualify for free or reduced lunch. If you your child is new to PCT, we will put your name on a waiting list and will be in touch. 
  • Students are expected to be available for the entire program. If there are days your child cannot attend, please indicate them on the registration form.
  • K-2nd grade families. If you are interested in a shorter, two week session, please click here. 

What

  • A free, 6-week program that concludes with community shows running for over 25 years!
  • Circus and theater arts instruction in juggling, acrobatics, stilt dancing, hip hop, balancing skills, and more.
  • Academic enrichment activities to help prepare students for the coming year. Projects emphasize literacy, math facts, and critical thinking.
  • Performing opportunities for Bay Area events and our own community shows.
  • The summer program is staffed by a diverse team of experienced, supportive teaching artists and educators.
  • Breakfast, lunch, and snacks provided.
PROGRAMA DE VERANO PRESCOTT CIRCUS
  • Programa de verano de 6 semanas GRATUITO: desde 8 de junio al 17 de julio
  • El programa está abierto a los estudiantes de OUSD que completaron el segundo grado y adelante.
  • Se da prioridad a los estudiantes que califican para el programa de almuerzo gratis / reducido de OUSD y a los estudiantes actuales y anteriores de Prescott Circus Theatre
  • Trabajo académico. Los estudiantes pasarán de 2 a 3 horas cada día desarrollando su nivel de grado en artes del lenguaje, alfabetización y habilidades matemáticas a través de actividades divertidas y atractivas.
  • Entrenamiento de circo / artes escénicas en malabares, acrobacias, danza sobre zancos y más.
  • Realización de oportunidades. Los estudiantes tendrán la oportunidad de actuar al aire libre de forma segura en la comunidad.
